Square Robot is a Chinese robotics company that announced today its latest Series A financing round led by Meituan Strategic Investment has earned the startup several hundred millions yuan. The funds will be used for the development of Square Robot’s robotic systems and embodied intelligence models, as well as to support the deployment smart solutions in multiple future scenarios. X Square Robot, founded in December 2023 less than two years earlier, is dedicated to the development of general-purpose embodied AI powered by real-world datasets.
