SENATE Minority Leader Aquilino Pimentel III said he would request all senators to attend a caucus to explain their positions on the impeachment complaint against Vice President Sara Duterte.
Pimentel had earlier written to Senate President Francis Escudero to remind him that the Constitution mandates the Senate to act “forthwith” on the Duterte impeachment case.
