Serve Robotics Inc. (Nasdaq: SERV), a top provider of autonomous sidewalk delivery, has rolled out its service in the Miami metro area. This launch includes extending its collaboration with Shake Shack Inc. (NYSE: SHAK) and initiating a new partnership with Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza. Customers ordering from select Shake Shack and Mister O1 locations in the Brickell and Miami Beach neighborhoods via Uber Eats (a delivery service from Uber Technologies Inc., NYSE: UBER) might soon have their meals delivered by an autonomous Serve Robotics robot.

This move adds to the company’s multi-year expansion in Los Angeles and its upcoming entry into the Dallas-Fort Worth market. Miami Beach and Brickell, with their dynamic commercial hubs and approximately 120,000 residents, offer an ideal environment for sustainable robotic deliveries. Serve Robotics has worked hand-in-hand with local officials and community leaders to ensure a seamless introduction of the service.

Ali Kashani, CEO and co-founder of Serve Robotics, stated, “Our expansion into the Miami metro marks a significant milestone in our goal to bring sustainable, autonomous delivery solutions across the country. By introducing robotic delivery to communities that value innovation, we are reducing emissions and easing traffic congestion while boosting local restaurants and enhancing the customer experience.”

Steph So, Chief Growth Officer at Shake Shack, added, “We’re delighted to broaden our partnership with Serve Robotics and Uber Eats in Miami. This initiative perfectly aligns with our commitment to innovative hospitality, enhancing the guest experience both in our restaurants and beyond.”

Chef Renato Viola, Master Chef at Mister O1, commented, “Partnering with Serve Robotics and Uber Eats to debut their delivery robot in Miami is an exciting leap forward for us. At Mister O1, we’re continually seeking innovative ways to improve our service, and this robotic delivery solution is a great addition to our offerings.”

Megan Jensen, Head of Autonomous Delivery Operations at Uber, remarked, “We are excited to expand our collaboration with Serve Robotics to bring autonomous delivery to the lively streets of Miami. This innovation makes enjoying your favorite meals even easier and more enjoyable.”

This Miami launch strengthens Serve Robotics’ position as a leader in the autonomous delivery sector and represents an important step towards its strategic plan of deploying 2,000 robots across the United States by the end of 2025.
