MENOMONEE FLALLS, WI — Bradley has been a manufacturer of commercial washrooms and handwashing products for over 100 years. Bradley is proud to support the 2nd Annual Galentine’s Women’s in S.T.E.M. The event was hosted by Hartford Union High School (HUHS) Robotics Team 10.91. The February 13 event was an interactive and inspirational platform for female students from grades 7-12 to learn about opportunities in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (S.T.E.M.).
In this year’s round table discussion, attendees from HUHS and Central Middle School in Hartford as well as a Hartford homeschooling group took part in a fun, interactive session while listening to female engineers talk about their professional journeys. Bradley’s Quality Engineer Anna Kinzel () was one of the speakers. She shared her experiences, lessons she learned, and advice to young women who are considering careers in S.T.E.M.

The speakers, along with HUHS Robotics members, discussed topics such as finding a mentor, extracurriculars that are beneficial, and navigating college S.T.E.M. Kinzel, along with the other speakers and panelists, guided discussions about academic and career options in these fields.
Kinzel said, “I am thrilled to have been able to participate in this event and to interact with this enthusiastic student group.” By sharing our personal experiences and industry expertise, I hope that we were able encourage these young ladies and make a positive impact. I feel privileged that I was invited.”
The HUHS Team 1091 organized the event last year to connect students with professionals who share their interest and gain confidence in S.T.E.M. Interests and aspirations. Long-time advocate of S.T.E.M. Bradley has supported FRC Team 1091 for many years. Bradley’s financial sponsorship and mentoring, including the guidance provided by Tim Perrin for many years, has helped cover the annual registration fees of the team, giving students the opportunity to learn through hands-on experiences.
