BEIJING (Xinhua), April 11, 2025 — China’s NEVs saw robust sales and production in the first quarter. According to the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, NEV production grew by 50.4 percent on an annual basis to 3.18 millions units in the first quarter. According to CAAM, the number of NEVs sold during the period increased by 47.1 percent compared to the previous year, to 3,08 million units. This accounted for 41.2 percent in total vehicle sales. #
