LimX Dynamics, a company that builds robots with artificial intelligence embedded in them, announced it had completed a Series-A+ financing round. The company raised 500 million RMB over the last six months.

According to its introduction, the Series A financing of the company has received strategic support from leading institutions in industry and finance. Multiple existing shareholders continue to follow-up investment. Strategic industrial investors include

Alibaba Group Holding Limited ( ) and other well-known companies.

LimX Dynamics presented a video demonstration of a full size humanoid robotic in December. The LimX Dynamics humanoid full-size robot has a rotating hip joint that can rotate 360 degrees. It is capable of lying down or standing up, twisting its waist, squatting etc. but still takes small steps.

According to official information LimX Dynamics is an all-purpose robot manufacturing and research company that focuses on humanoid robots of full-size. It has developed bipedal robots as well as quadruped robotics.
