Unveiled recently in Abuja, this innovative platform harnesses artificial intelligence to streamline access to government information and services. Minister Bosun Tijani emphasized that GovGuide Nigeria exemplifies the Federal Government’s dedication to integrating AI technologies to elevate public service efficiency and responsiveness.
By embedding AI tools that communicate in Nigeria’s major languages-English, Hausa, Igbo, and Yoruba-and deploying them on familiar digital channels, the initiative seeks to boost transparency, foster trust, and deepen citizen participation across diverse communities.
Bridging the Digital Divide with Multilingual AI Assistance
GovGuide Nigeria is designed to serve a broad spectrum of users, including those in rural areas and individuals with limited literacy skills, through both voice and text interfaces. This inclusive approach ensures that government services are accessible to all Nigerians, regardless of their location or educational background.
